Unpacking the Whys

Jul 6, 2020

We’ve stuffed a lot into our baggage over the years. It’s allowed us to travel to incredible destinations. But it’s also weighed us down unnecessarily. Unpacking the contents of your life and realizations of this lifetime may seem like a daunting task. However, when done item by item, with compassion, support and in a safe and welcoming space, anything is possible.

How helpful would it be to know why you may be feeling sad, or scared, or unmotivated during these challenging times? Why do I feel frustrated? Why am I feeling lonely? Why am I feeling so overwhelmed?

In these 90-minute sessions, we’ll look at identifying our beliefs and the power they hold, clear the clutter, lighten the load, create boundaries, develop tools for better understanding what may have served you in the past and whether it holds a place in your future. This results in helping us to more authentically show up in our lives.

We are shaped in relationship, in the company of others—that’s how we grow. The ability to share in community only strengthens our commitments and resolve. And we learn from watching and listening to each other as we work.

We invite you the first part of this series of thoughtful conversations to help support each other through the journey.

August 6—September 10:
We will be meeting every Thursday online from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm MT.

It’s $279 (due July 30 to secure your seat).

Send Chris a message to learn more about, or register for, the class.

Let’s travel a little lighter, together!
